In Connor, just outside Ballymena, lies Appletee, a historic townland whose name echoes its apple-growing past. Once, orchards were woven into the landscape of rural County Antrim, with heritage apples harvested for the table, stored for winter and shared between generations.
The Apple Orchards of Antrim is inspired by the abundance of the harvest - freshly picked red apples, crisp and sweet, gathered at the turning of the season.
This comforting fragrance is a celebration of Antrim's orchard heritage, with the gentle sweetness of ripe apple and golden honey, complemented by dried rosehips, a close hedgerow neighbour.
