At Galgorm Melts, your safety is just as important to us as creating beautiful, home-cleansing fragrances. To get the absolute best and safest experience from our handcrafted home fragrance collections, please follow our essential care guidelines below.

🕯️ Wax Warmer & Soy Melt Safety

  • Allergy Warning: Our premium fragrance oils may cause an allergic skin reaction. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest.

  • Safe Keeping: Keep burning warmers and stored wax completely out of reach of children and pets. Store your wax melts in a sealed container away from direct heat and sunlight.

  • Inspect Before Use: Check your burner before every single light. Do not use if you notice any cracks, chips, or damage.

  • Perfect Placement: Always place your burner on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it away from draughts, curtains, bedding, cushions, or anything flammable. Never leave a burning warmer unattended.

  • The Right Tealight: Use only 1 unscented, 3–4 hour tealight candle. Ensure the wick remains upright. Never use oversized, maxi, or longer-burning tealights.

  • Wax Pool Perfection: Do not overfill the dish. Ensure you use sufficient wax to fully cover the base of the dish when melted - this prevents "hot spots" in the pottery.

  • Hands Off: Never move or touch the burner while it is lit or until it has fully cooled. Hot wax can cause serious burns and should not come into contact with skin.

  • Cleaning & Care: Allow the burner and wax to cool completely before cleaning or removing old wax. Extinguish the tealight immediately if the burner begins to smoke, overheat, or becomes damaged.

🌿 Reed Diffuser Safety & Care

  • Flammable Liquid: Keep your diffuser away from open flames and sources of heat. Do not attempt to light the reeds.

  • Protect Your Surfaces: Do not place your diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic, or leather surfaces, or on electrical equipment. Accidental spillages may cause damage to certain materials. Wipe up any spills immediately.

  • Handling with Care: Use gloves when handling or rotating used reeds to avoid direct skin contact. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

  • Safe Placement: Keep your diffuser placed up high, completely out of the reach of children and pets.

  • Scent Sensitivity: People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product. Do not drink or ingest the diffuser liquid.
