For a consistent and long-lasting fragrance, follow these steps each time you refill your diffuser:

• Replace with Every Refill: We recommend using a fresh set of reeds every time you add new fragrance oil. Over time, reeds can become saturated and "clogged" with dust or old oil, which restricts the flow of scent.
• The Initial Soak: Once you have poured your refill into your vessel and inserted the new reeds, let them soak for about 30 to 60 minutes.
• The First Flip: After the initial soak, remove the reeds, flip them over, and place the dry ends back into the bottle. This jumpstarts the wicking process and helps the fragrance begin to fill the room immediately.
• Maintain Intensity: You don't need to flip these reeds daily. To refresh the scent throw, simply flip them once or twice a week-or whenever you notice the fragrance intensity beginning to fade.
