Do I receive a ticket?
Bookings are confirmed with full payment and your invoice confirmation is your ticket.

Is the Workshop accessible?
Workshop venues chosen by Galgorm Melts will always be accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us at galgormmelts@gmail.com prior to the workshop so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What Refreshments do you provide?

Refreshments will be provided during the workshop, this will include tea, coffee, and a small snack. Please note that refreshments may contain allergens such as nuts, milk, and gluten. If you have any food allergies, we recommend bringing your own snack.

 

Allergens Information:

Galgorm Melts cannot guarantee that your workshop venue has adhered to a strict allergen policy, please consider this before reserving your place. Galgorm Melts essential oil, fragrance oil and soy wax allergens will be available to view at the workshop. Should you wish to see these prior to your workshop, please email galgormmelts@gmail.com

How many people will be at this workshop?
Your workshop will have no more than 15 participants- Only those who have booked and paid in full can attend.

What if I am late?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure other workshop attendees are not disturbed. If you are late, you may join in during the second wax melt make. No refunds will be given.

I am Pregnant/I have a medical condition
If you are pregnant or have any medical condition, it is your responsibility to check with your GP about the safety of using essential oils, fragrance oils and soy wax. Gloves are available to wear and we will always be in a well-ventilated area.

Are Galgorm Melts essential/fragrance oils and 100% soy wax vegan friendly?
All Galgorm Melts products are safe for vegans and cruelty free.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds can be given.

Cancellation AFTER 48 hours of booking your place will not be eligible for a refund in full or in part.

‘No shows’ cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to another date. To request a transfer, please email no later than 7 days from your booked Workshop event date via email galgormmelts@gmail.com .

Galgorm Melts Wax Melt Making Workshop - Participant Agreement

Please read in advance, as you will be asked to sign this waiver at your workshop.

For insurance purposes, you must sign to take part

1. Release of Liability:

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Galgorm Melts and its employees against all claims for personal injuries or damages arising from my participation in the Galgorm Melts Wax Melt Making Workshop. This includes financial responsibility for injuries or losses incurred on or off the Workshop premises/venue, regardless of negligence.

2. Medical Attention:

Galgorm Melts Wax Melt Making Workshop uses Essential Oils, which are known for their complimentary benefits. They do not replace any advice or medication  from a medical expert.

I understand that essential oils, fragrance oils and soy wax materials used may cause allergic reactions or skin irritation. If you are pregnant or have any medical condition, it is your responsibility to check with your GP about the safety of using essential oils and fragrance oils. Gloves are available to wear and we will always be in a well-ventilated space. I will be responsible and hold harmless Galgorm Melts for any condition or consequence requiring medical attention.

3. Hazard Acknowledgement:

I acknowledge the risks associated with hot wax (up to 60 degrees centigrade) and workshop equipment include glass dropper bottles, metal measuring jugs and glass vials. I am responsible for exercising caution to avoid personal injury and injury to other participants.

4. Photo/Video Consent (Optional):

I grant/I do not grant, Galgorm Melts permission to use photos and videos of me for promotional purposes without compensation.

5.  Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the workshop.

​

6.  Cancellation Policy: No refunds can be given. Cancellation AFTER 48 hours of booking your participation will not be eligible for a refund in full or in part. ‘No shows’ cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to another date if possible. To request a transfer email no later than 7 days from your booked Workshop event date via email galgormmelts@gmail.com  No change is guaranteed.

7. Workshop Rules: Please follow all instructions given by the Galgorm Melts workshop instructor. This is for your health and safety and that of others. You will be shown the fire exits and are required to sign an attendance sheet.

8. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted at any workshop. It is at the sole discretion of Galgorm Melts workshop instructor to remove a participant who is deemed unfit to take part, due to the influence of drink or drugs. No refund or transfer will be given.
