SHIPPING POLICY

As of 29th October 2023, we use only Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours as standard, costing £4.79. This charge covers UK and NI. For International Shipping, please send a request. Post will take place no later than 48 hours or 2 working days after purchase. You must provide a safe place for delivery and your mobile number to allow for tracking and photographic evidence of delivery.

You will be provided with a shipping/tracking number and an alert that your order has been fulfilled.​

​Galgorm Melts will not refund your purchase once posted because of any postage strikes/action . We cannot track any missing parcels until after 10 working days have passed.

Should there be a Royal Mail strike/action or any condition, which will delay your purchase known at the time of postage, an alternative method of shipping will be used at the discretion of Galgorm Melts.
